Who wants some good news?
ALL THE TUMORS ARE SHRINKING!!!
We just saw Carole, our research nurse -- she said she got an early look at the CT scans and every area is shrinking: the primary tumor is smaller, the lymph nodes are smaller, and FINALLY, the liver tumors are shrinking.
We are going to see Dr. D. later this afternoon, and he will have definitive results for us. So we don't yet know how much shrinkage, but who the heck cares?? As Juanita would say -- PRAISE THE LORD!!
Side humor note: Carole said she snuck a peek at the results even though she wasn't supposed to. She said she figured we would be eager for results. She then said, looking at me, "I know how you are." I think she means she knows how I am. As if.

WHOO HOO! 2009 IS the year Kurt kicks cancer! Jack is trying to compete with Vicki's back flips! Guess we'll head to the chiropractor this afternoon! Buddy is even running around chasing Jack and just slipped on the floor and fell partway down the basement stairs. Hope we don't have to add a trip to the vet, too! LMAO
Jen, we are SO THANKFUL you are who you are! LMAO and so so glad Carol knows! we love you both so very much!

Fabulous news!!! Yeeeehawww...ain't no friggen cancer gonna kick your tough Montana behinds! Gawd....can you tell I'm the mother to two elementary school kids or what?! How embarassing...note to self: pick up gun rack for the suburban and some new cowpie kickin' boots. :) Thanks for making my entire weekend and then some!

All-Knowing, Omnipotent, Omniscient, Almighty, and of course the thought, THE GREAT PHYSICIAN comes to mind. I have this beautifully framed poster called "The Names of Christ Jesus Our Lord." ...Messiah, Son of God , Lamb of God, Bread of Life, Righteous Servant, King of Kings, King of GLory, etc. Yes, I've just been speaking those names and thanking HIM that he is ALL WE NEED!! I could go on/I guess, Kurt & Jen, that I will have to get my own preaching blog & not use yours all the time. One more thought -- Let us continue to come "BOLDLY" before the throne. God said those things and made those PRROMISES for us -- That's how much HE cares for you, Kurt! He loves you just as much as he loves JESUS! We Believe and thereby WE RECEIVE -- complete healing - spiritually, emotionally and physically. Remember Kurt, most of all you are a SPIRIT, You have a SOUL and you live in a BODY!
GOD IS GOOD - ALL THE TIME! ALL THE TIME> GOD IS GOOD!!! Once again, I do just PTL for this gift.(of Good News) "Every good and perfect gift is from above and comes down from the Father of Light" Hallelujah. God Loves you and so do I! I know it is "labor", Kurt, to keep believing, but Oh, the blessings that He will send! You are Blessed to have a lot of people helping you with their prayers.
