It's been quite the weekend/week so far. To start off with, I made the drive out from DC to the farm in two days. I drove 900 miles on Saturday, crashed at a rest stop in Wisconsin for a few hours, then put 1200 more miles on Sunday to make it to the farm. I rolled in at about 1AM, completely wired...
Monday, I got to sleep in for a good bit, then we started cutting after lunch, and we've been going strong since. We're supposed to get some rain and showers on Friday, but hopefully they'll miss us so we can keep rolling.
I'm really starting to realize how out of shape I am! The plus side is that I'm getting a ton more exercise than I have in months.
Ok, I'd like to write more, but my eyelids are doing the IV benadryl trick. Good night from MT!

As I would have said a few years ago, a rose to big sky country, a rose to combines, a thorn to the fact that I can't be there.
Oh yeah, a thorn to Camaros. Nasty government built cars anyway......
BMR.
Jen, Was catching up on the blog because George has been doing cancer treatment all summer, He has taken two treatments of Erbitux. And now I read your mention about it. He will have it on a weekly basis for I do not know how long. If you have any information, please let me or Chandra know. Ruth Pfaff
